Kerry Tracy is director of business operations for Navigators based out of the Washington, D.C., office.

Ms. Tracy is an integral part of the business operations team with responsibilities spanning from preparation of contracts to human resources and accounting, as well as information technologies and facilities.

Prior to joining Navigators, Ms. Tracy was employed at the National Council of State Housing Agencies, where her responsibilities included advising association members on legislative status. She also managed conference sessions on Homeownership and maintained and updated the State Housing Finance Agencies Factbook.

Ms. Tracy also worked on Capitol Hill for former Senators John H. Chaffee (R-RI) and William V. Roth (R-DE) where she provided research assistance on policy topics and pending legislation.

Ms. Tracy obtained her Master of Business Administration from Johnson and Wales University and has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rhode Island College.
