Kyle Kizzier is director of government relations for Navigators based out of the Washington, D.C., office.
As a member of the government relations team, Mr. Kizzier assists with legislative and lobbying strategies and monitors client issues. In addition, Mr. Kizzier assembles and files Navigators’ required federal lobbying reports.
Prior to joining Navigators, Mr. Kizzier worked at the U.S. Department of Agriculture where he served as the confidential assistant to the Under Secretary of the Office of Food, Nutrition and Consumer Services (FNCS). Mr. Kizzier served as principal liaison between the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture and FNCS, and served as the primary contact for members of Congress, Congressional committees and staff on issues relating to federal nutrition assistance programs.
In 2005, Mr. Kizzier served as a congressional liaison in the Office of Congressional Relations at the USDA. Prior to USDA, Mr. Kizzier served as staff assistant to Congressman Mike Rogers (R-MI) and as a field director for Bush-Cheney ’04, in Michigan. During the campaign, he also coordinated three presidential and four vice presidential events during the campaign.
Mr. Kizzier received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-Prelaw with a concentration in Presidential and Congressional Politics from Michigan State University.
